POV is almost entirely 3rd person Rae, but briefly slips into another head at least once. Tursten gives you the feeling of living in the city, walking the streets and experiencing daily life. But, something in the real world would make her wish she was back in make believe one as she reminds herself that of her accomplishments. The books are very well written and Jude Watson does a good job intertwining the plot lines together. Doing so will deepen your fulfillment.
